TriStar’s lawn care service is part of our fully managed property care program, available exclusively to members. To ensure every plan is tailored to your specific property and needs, our process begins with membership and includes multiple stages of professional evaluation, planning, and execution.
To begin any TriStar service—including lawn care—you must first enroll in TriStar Exclusive Access—our all-in-one membership program for residential and commercial property care.
Upon joining, you’ll receive an initial two-hour Basic Home Cleaning, which also serves as our first opportunity to evaluate your property for additional services such as lawn care, exterior maintenance, and more.
Note: Lawn care services are not available to non-members. This ensures all work is fully managed under one professional account and billed through your customized service package.
As an active TriStar member, you can activate lawn care anytime by logging into your account and navigating to the Member Services section. From there:
Select “Lawn Care” from the list of available services
Choose your preferred date for your initial lawn visit
Confirm your property address and any special instructions (e.g., pet gates, locked access)
This will schedule your first full-service lawn care appointment, which includes mowing, trimming, edging, and a comprehensive on-site evaluation.
At your scheduled service, our professional team will:
Perform a full lawn service (mowing, edging, trimming, light cleanup)
Evaluate time requirements, access points, and equipment needs
Document any irregularities or recurring service considerations
Record observations to ensure proper service continuity moving forward
We treat this first visit as both a service and a final evaluation, ensuring we understand your lawn’s exact needs before configuring your plan.
After your initial lawn service, we will finalize your personalized lawn care plan and update your membership to reflect:
Service type (standard, extended, seasonal)
Preferred visit frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, custom)
Service day/time preferences
Any add-on or seasonal options requested
Your lawn care services will now be bundled under your TriStar membership, with one monthly invoice, automated scheduling, and full access to manage your preferences through the Member Portal.
