Service Description

Our Trimming & Hedging service improves both the appearance and health of your landscape by professionally shaping and maintaining your shrubs, bushes, and hedges. Regular trimming keeps your property looking neat and balanced while encouraging healthy plant growth. Using commercial-grade trimmers and shears, our team carefully shapes each plant to match your property’s design and natural contours—ensuring a clean, uniform look without overcutting. Service includes: • Trimming of shrubs, bushes, and hedges for shape and size control • Removal of overgrowth, uneven spots, and dead plant material • Clean, defined lines for visual consistency and curb appeal • Raking and bagging of all clippings and green waste • Final cleanup of the surrounding areas, including walkways and flower beds We follow seasonal and horticultural best practices to promote healthy regrowth and maintain plant integrity. This service is ideal for regular landscape upkeep, seasonal touch-ups, property listings, and HOA compliance. Note: This service applies to low-to-moderate-height plants (under 8 ft). Coverage is based on the selected plan, which defines the number of shrubs or total area included. Large hedges, extensive overgrowth, or properties with complex layouts may require additional time or a custom quote. Ladder work or tall hedge trimming may be available upon request at an added cost. Keep your landscape crisp, clean, and under control—with expert trimming that brings out its best.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
