Your monthly membership becomes tailored to you, with predictable flat-rate service based on real needs—not estimates or time blocks.

To access TriStar’s full-service cleaning program at discounted rates, you must first enroll in TriStar Exclusive Access—our all-in-one membership for home and office property care.
Upon joining, your membership begins with a two-hour Basic Cleaning and property evaluation. This first visit allows our team to professionally refresh your space while also assessing how much time and care your home or office truly requires. We’ll use this visit to identify high-priority areas, record your preferences, and begin building a personalized care plan tailored to your space.

As an active TriStar member, you can now schedule your initial cleaning service and property evaluation by logging into your account and navigating to the Member Services section. From there:
- Select “Member Benefit: Two Hour Basic Cleaning” from the list of available options 
- Choose your preferred date and time for your next visit 
- Confirm your property address and any special instructions (e.g., gate codes, room preferences, pet details) 
This will schedule your two-hour initial cleaning appointment, which includes both a full-service cleaning and a detailed evaluation—laying the foundation for a consistent, customized plan tailored to your space and preferences.
Note: Your service includes up to two hours of total labor. If additional time is needed to complete the initial cleaning, you may request up to two extra hours on-site. Our team will provide a clear quote, and with your approval, we’ll continue the service during that visit.
At your scheduled appointment, our professional team will:
- Perform a full Basic Cleaning as part of your included membership benefit 
- Evaluate how much time and labor your space requires to configure your personalized, fixed-rate cleaning plan 
- Identify access points, special care areas, and cleaning priorities based on how your space is used 
- Document any recurring considerations such as pet hair, delicate surfaces, high-traffic zones, or room-specific instructions 
- Record detailed observations to ensure ongoing consistency, quality, and efficiency in all future visits 
- If you'd like, we’ll also take note of any add-on services you may be interested in—completely optional, no pressure. 
We treat this initial visit as both a complete service and a final evaluation—giving us the insight to build a comprehensive, fixed-rate property care plan tailored to your space, preferences, and goals. Whether you continue with your standard membership or upgrade to a bundled plan, we ensure everything is managed through one provider, one team, and one account.
After your initial cleaning and property evaluation, our team will follow up with a personalized assessment and service proposal—designed to match the actual needs of your home or office.
We’ll review:
- How much time and care your space realistically requires 
- Your ideal cleaning frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom) 
- Any additional services you may want to include—such as deep cleaning, junk removal, pressure washing, handyman tasks, or other property care add-ons 
- Notes from our visit regarding access, special considerations, or recurring priorities 
If you’d like to move forward with a customized plan, we will:
- Cancel your standard membership at no penalty 
- Replace it with a fixed-price membership built specifically for your space and routine 
- Apply your 20% member discount automatically to all eligible recurring services 
We don’t use preset service tiers or cookie-cutter packages. You’ll only pay for the time and services your space actually needs—nothing more, nothing less.
Prefer to keep things simple? You’re always welcome to continue with your core membership, which includes your monthly two-hour Basic Cleaning and the ability to book additional services as needed.
