Service Description
Our Yard Cleanup service provides light-duty outdoor maintenance designed to restore order and improve the appearance of your property. Ideal for in-between seasons, pre-guest prep, or general outdoor upkeep, this service focuses on clearing light debris and leaving your yard looking clean and presentable. It’s a simple way to refresh your space without the need for a full landscaping overhaul. Service includes: • Light leaf and debris removal from lawn, garden beds, and walkways • Raking or blowing of scattered materials • Collection of fallen branches, twigs, and yard waste (manageable volume) • Bagging and placement of debris for disposal or pickup • Basic sweeping or blowing of patios, porches, and driveways This service is best suited for properties that are generally maintained but need a quick refresh. It is not intended for overgrown yards, heavy brush removal, or neglected landscapes. For larger or more intensive cleanups, a custom quote may be required. Note: This is a light-duty cleanup service. Yard size and debris volume included are based on the selected plan. Additional charges may apply for excess buildup, storm damage, or haul-away services. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
