Service Description
Our Weeding service restores the beauty and health of your landscape by manually removing unwanted weeds from flower beds, mulch areas, walkways, borders, and around hardscapes. Left unchecked, weeds not only detract from your property’s appearance—they compete with plants for nutrients, sunlight, and water. We use hand-pulling and light tools to remove visible surface-level weeds while preserving surrounding plants and landscaping materials. Service includes: • Hand-pulling of visible weeds from beds, borders, and planter areas • Removal of weeds growing along paths, patios, and fence lines • Light cultivation of soil to loosen roots and discourage regrowth • Collection and disposal of pulled weeds and light debris • Light rake-out and basic cleanup of treated areas This service is ideal for regular landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, or as a prep step before mulch installation. It helps reduce weed spread, enhance curb appeal, and support healthy plant growth. Note: This is a manual weeding service focused on visible surface weeds. Service area and weed volume are defined by the selected plan. Heavily overgrown areas, thick ground cover, or deep-rooted weeds may require additional time or a custom quote. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
