TriStar’s home and office cleaning service is the foundation of our full-property care program and is available to both members and non-members. Every new cleaning begins with a two-hour professional visit that includes both a full-service cleaning and an on-site evaluation of your space. This initial appointment allows us to determine exactly how much time and care your home or office requires. After the visit, you’ll receive a fixed-price cleaning plan—no hourly billing—that can be seamlessly integrated into a TriStar Exclusive Access membership for 20% savings, bundled services, and fully managed care under one trusted provider.
To access TriStar’s full-service cleaning program at discounted rates, you must first enroll in TriStar Exclusive Access—our all-in-one membership for home and office property care.
Upon joining, you’ll receive a two-hour professional cleaning to refresh your space and evaluate your home or office for ongoing service. This initial visit allows our team to determine how much time your space requires, identify areas of focus, and document your preferences.
Note: While one-time cleaning is available to non-members, only members receive 20% off all recurring services, access to flat-rate pricing, and the ability to bundle cleaning with other property services like window cleaning, junk removal, and pressure washing—all under one professionally managed account.
As an active TriStar member, you can now schedule your initial cleaning service by logging into your account and navigating to the Member Services section. From there:
- Select “Member Benefit: Two Hour Basic Cleaning” from the list of available options 
- Choose your preferred date and time for your next visit 
- Confirm your property address and any special instructions (e.g., gate codes, room preferences, pet details) 
This will schedule your two-hour initial cleaning appointment, which includes both a full-service cleaning and a detailed evaluation—laying the foundation for a consistent, customized plan tailored to your space and preferences.
Note: Your service includes up to two hours of total labor. If additional time is needed to complete the initial cleaning, you may request up to two extra hours on-site. Our team will provide a clear quote, and with your approval, we’ll continue the service during that visit.
At your scheduled service, our professional cleaning team will:
- Perform a full-service basic cleaning 
- Evaluate how much time and labor your space requires to determine your personalized fixed-price cleaning plan 
- Identify access needs, special care areas, and cleaning priorities 
- Document any recurring considerations such as pet hair, delicate surfaces, or room-specific instructions 
- Record detailed observations to ensure consistency and quality in future visits 
We treat this first visit as both a complete cleaning and a final evaluation—ensuring we understand exactly what your space needs so we can configure a flat-rate plan tailored to your preferred cleaning frequency and expectations.
After your initial cleaning service, we will finalize your personalized cleaning plan and update your membership to reflect:
- Your fixed-rate service plan based on your space and cleaning requirements 
- Preferred visit frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom) 
- Desired service days and times 
- Any special instructions or add-on services you’d like bundled (e.g., window cleaning, junk removal, pressure washing) 
Your recurring cleaning services will now be bundled under your TriStar membership, with one monthly invoice, automated scheduling, and full access to manage your preferences through the Member Portal.

Light Cleaning focuses on visible areas, high-traffic zones, and basic cleaning tasks—ideal for clients who need efficiency without intensive scrubbing or deep detailing.
