Service Description

Our Deep Cleaning service is built for spaces that require a more intensive approach—whether it's a home that hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, an office preparing for inspection, or a full reset before or after a move. This service goes far beyond routine surface care, addressing buildup, neglected areas, and hard-to-reach zones. Available for both residential and commercial spaces, this is our most comprehensive option, designed to leave your environment truly refreshed and restored. What’s Included For Homes: Thorough dusting of baseboards, vents, window sills, trim, and ceiling fans (reachable areas) Deep vacuuming of all carpets, corners, and under furniture (if accessible) Complete mopping of all hard floors, including detailed edge work Disinfection of all high-touch surfaces, door handles, and switches Full bathroom scrubbing: toilets (inside and out), showers, tubs, tile, grout, and fixtures Full kitchen deep clean: countertops, appliance exteriors (under/behind if accessible), cabinets, sink, backsplash Spot cleaning of walls, doors, and trim where possible Interior window glass and frame cleaning (within reach) Trash bin cleaning and relining General straightening of visible spaces and final touch-ups For Offices: Deep dusting of surfaces, ledges, vents, and shelving (reachable) Edge-to-edge vacuuming and mopping, including corners and beneath accessible furniture High-touch disinfecting of workstations, reception areas, handles, light switches, shared electronics Full restroom detail: tile scrubbing, grout cleaning, toilet base, fixtures, partitions, and floors Kitchen or breakroom deep clean: cabinets, sink, microwave exterior, backsplash Trash bin sanitizing and full removal service Glass interior cleaning (windows, doors, or partitions within reach) Organization and visual reset of high-traffic communal areas Best For First-time or seasonal cleanings Move-in/move-out services Post-renovation cleanup or turnover preparation Offices needing a reset before inspections, team onboarding, or re-openings Any space that hasn’t been professionally cleaned in over a month or has visible buildup Booking Notes Select the total number of service hours when booking Coverage depends on time booked and the size/condition of your space Deep Cleaning is detail-focused and may require extra time for buildup or neglected areas Heavy furniture will not be moved—please ensure access if cleaning around or under large items is needed


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
