Service Description

Brighten your space with a full window refresh. This service includes the interior and exterior cleaning of up to 10 standard ground-level windows. We remove dust, smudges, pollen, and buildup using professional tools and non-toxic solutions for a clear, streak-free finish. Interior sills and frames are wiped down, and exterior frames are gently cleaned for a polished look inside and out. Included: Cleaning of both interior and exterior sides of 10 standard windows Wipe-down of interior sills and frames Exterior frame and sill rinse (accessible areas) Streak-free finish using high-quality tools and purified water systems Final inspection to ensure clarity Note: Service covers ground-level windows only Oversized, multi-pane, or heavily soiled windows may count as more than one Add-on options available for extra windows, screens, or upper-story cleaning Let the light back in with spotless, professionally cleaned windows—book your appointment today.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
