Service Description

Skip the store, the dry cleaner, and the post office—our errand and supply service handles everyday tasks with efficiency and care. We’ll pick up groceries, restock your home or office, drop off returns, or run any approved errand within a 10-mile radius. Each run includes up to 60 minutes of task time, including driving, shopping, and unloading. Includes: One-stop errands (e.g., groceries, pharmacy, office supplies, dry cleaning) Execution based on provided list or instructions Delivery and organized placement of items Same-day photo or text confirmation Service area within 10 miles round trip Does Not Include: Multi-location errands unless pre-approved Total time exceeding 60 minutes Pickup of large furniture, construction materials, or appliances Orders requiring special handling without prior coordination


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
