Service Description
Our Standard service provides more comprehensive junk removal for mid-sized projects. We handle heavier items, such as furniture or non-refrigerated appliances (a fee may apply), and retrieve all items directly from where they are in the home, yard, or office. This service is perfect for removing couches, mattresses, desks, and similar items. Our team performs light sweeping and carefully hauls away debris while maintaining a tidy space. Includes: • On-Site Labor: Our team will arrive on time, ready to load your junk for you—no curb placement required. • Room-to-Truck Service: We remove items from any accessible room and transport them directly to our truck. • Light Sweeping: Once items are removed, we do a basic sweep of the area to leave it broom-clean Appliance Pickup: We’ll safely remove standard household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, stoves) • Heavy Item Handling: Our crew is equipped to handle bulky furniture, oversized items, and other heavy materials with care. Ideal for: moving prep, furniture upgrades, garage or rental cleanouts, and bulky disposals. Does Not Include: In-depth sorting or organizing assistance
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
