Service Description
Ensure your property transitions smoothly with the seasons. We prepare your home or office for seasonal changes by staging furniture, replacing filters, placing décor, and inspecting seals and surfaces. This service is designed for properties up to ½ acre and includes up to 90 minutes of on-site work per visit. Includes: Setup or storage of outdoor furnishings Filter replacement (client-supplied or billed separately) Light décor placement (holiday, seasonal, entryway) Basic inspection of doors, seals, lighting, and weather stripping Basic debris removal from entries or porches Service within standard property size (½ acre or less) Does Not Include: Heavy lifting or power tools Full landscaping or hardscape cleaning Holiday light installation or custom décor planning Service beyond 90 minutes without add-on
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
