Service Description
This soft wash treatment removes unsightly black streaks, moss, lichen, and algae from roofing materials without high pressure, which can void manufacturer warranties or cause damage. Our cleaning agents are biodegradable and safe for plants and surrounding surfaces. Includes: • Pre-inspection of roof material and pitch (asphalt, tile, slate, composite) • Low-pressure application of eco-safe detergents to break down organic buildup • Gentle rinse or dry-kill approach depending on roofing type • Treatment of overhangs, dormers, gutters, and visible drip lines • Optional gutter debris rinse (exterior gutter cleaning only) Essential for roofs shaded by trees or exposed to high humidity that encourage moss and algae growth. This appointment includes an on-site evaluation and service scheduling. If the scope allows, we will perform the pressure washing service during the visit. If not, we’ll schedule it for a later date. The $99 fee is fully credited toward your final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
