Service Description

Our On-Demand Property Support service provides you with a trusted representative to manage property access, coordinate vendor visits, or handle one-time property-related tasks. Whether you need someone to meet a contractor, oversee a delivery, or prepare a guest room, we step in with professionalism and attention to detail. Service is scheduled in 1-hour blocks and focused on one task per visit to ensure thorough execution. Includes: On-site presence for vendor access or supervision (e.g., HVAC, cleaners, delivery) Light preparation tasks such as turning on lights, prepping linens, or staging rooms Execution of single task or request with clear instructions Optional check-in via phone, text, or photo updates Property-based task only; no off-site travel included Does Not Include: Managing multiple vendors simultaneously or overlapping services Tasks requiring physical labor (e.g., moving furniture, repairs) Same-day requests without availability confirmation Legal, medical, financial, or highly sensitive task execution


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
