Included with Your TriStar Membership – Every Month Your TriStar Exclusive Access Membership includes two hours of Basic Cleaning labor each month, delivered by our professional team using high-quality supplies and consistent care. This benefit is designed to help you maintain a clean, comfortable home or office—whether you choose a fully customized plan or not. Note: The primary purpose of your first visit is to evaluate your space and cleaning needs so we can offer a custom fixed-price cleaning plan tailored to your home or office. However, if you prefer not to customize, you can simply keep your membership as-is and continue receiving two hours of Basic Cleaning each month—no changes required. What’s Included Your two-hour Basic Cleaning session covers a wide range of standard cleaning tasks, including: • Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors • Wipe-down of kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors • Bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, shower/tub, and mirror) • Trash removal, light switch and baseboard spot-cleaning, and general surface care Let us know your top priorities when booking, and we’ll make the most of your two hours. Use It How You Need It Your monthly hours are flexible—perfect for: • Keeping your space fresh between deep cleans • Focusing on high-traffic or problem areas • Getting help with routine cleaning tasks without managing it yourself Add-On Hours & Custom Plans If your space regularly needs more than two hours, we’ll gladly help. After your initial visit, we’ll assess how much time is required to meet TriStar’s standards. • You can increase your cleaning time or frequency • We’ll create a custom fixed-rate plan based on your actual needs • Additional hours are always available at exclusive member-only rates Booking Instructions 1. Log in to your Member Services Portal 2. Select "Member Benefit: Two Basic Cleaning Hours" 3. Choose your preferred date and time 4. Submit your request—our team handles the rest Rollover Policy Your included two hours must be used within the current calendar month. Unused time does not roll over, so be sure to schedule your visit before the month ends. Our Cleaning Team TriStar cleaners are trained, background-checked professionals. We bring all necessary supplies unless you request otherwise. Each visit is completed with care, consistency, and attention to detail. Need Help Prioritizing? Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply if the client is unavailable or access is not provided at the time of arrival.
