Our Light Cleaning service is designed for spaces that are generally well-kept and only require surface-level upkeep. Whether you're maintaining a tidy home or keeping a professional office presentable between deeper cleanings, this option offers a reliable touch-up that helps your space look clean, organized, and welcoming. Light Cleaning focuses on visible areas, high-traffic zones, and basic cleaning tasks—ideal for clients who need efficiency without intensive scrubbing or deep detailing. What’s Included For Homes: Light dusting of furniture, surfaces, window sills, and baseboards (within reach) Vacuuming of carpets, rugs, and visible floor areas Spot mopping of hard-surface floors in high-traffic rooms Wipe-down of kitchen counters, appliance exteriors, and cabinet faces Bathroom touch-up: wiping of sinks, faucet handles, toilet seats, and counters Mirror polishing in bathrooms and bedrooms Emptying of small trash bins and replacement of liners (if provided) General tidying of visible items (fluffing pillows, folding throws, straightening) Sweeping or vacuuming of entry areas and shaking of welcome mats For Offices: Light dusting of desks, reception counters, fixtures, and shelves Vacuuming or sweeping of primary walkways, entryways, and break areas Spot mopping of floors (as needed in high-traffic areas) Wipe-down of shared surfaces, including tables and workstations Light tidying of communal zones (e.g., realigning chairs, straightening décor) Small trash bin emptying and rebagging Quick restroom refresh: wiping of counters, faucet handles, and toilet seats Restocking of paper products or soap (if supplies are provided) Best For Homes with low to moderate foot traffic needing a weekly or biweekly refresh Businesses requiring frequent, fast cleanings between regular service days Entry-level service for clients new to professional cleaning Airbnb turnovers or pre-guest touch-ups (if the space is already tidy) Booking Notes You can select the total number of service hours needed when booking Coverage will depend on your selected time and the size/condition of your space Light Cleaning does not include heavy scrubbing, stain removal, or moving furniture For deeper cleaning needs, consider upgrading to Basic or Deep Cleaning
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance and no later than 3 hours before the requested service time. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. The earliest clients can book a service is 72 hours before the appointment. The latest clients can book a service is 3 hours before the appointment. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: Up to the full cost of the scheduled service if the client is unavailable or access is not provided upon arrival.
