Our Basic Cleaning service offers a more detailed clean than light cleaning, making it the perfect option for regular upkeep of both residential and commercial spaces. Whether you're keeping your home guest-ready or your office presentable for employees and clients, this service delivers a comprehensive clean focused on sanitation, surface care, and visual appeal. This is our most popular cleaning tier—efficient, detailed, and tailored to your routine cleaning needs. What’s Included For Homes: Full dusting of accessible surfaces, baseboards, window sills, shelves, and light fixtures (within reach) Vacuuming of all carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture Sweeping and mopping of all hard floors Surface disinfecting of kitchen counters, appliance exteriors, and cabinet fronts Full bathroom cleaning: toilets (inside and out), sinks, mirrors, floors, and tub/shower wipe-down Emptying and relining of all accessible trash bins General tidying of bedrooms and living spaces (folding throws, fluffing pillows, organizing visible items) Sanitizing of doorknobs, light switches, and other high-touch points Entryway cleaning: sweeping or vacuuming and mat refresh For Offices: Full dusting of desks, shelving, ledges, and fixtures (within reach) Vacuuming and sweeping/mopping of all floor areas, including under desks and in corners Disinfecting of shared surfaces: tables, countertops, conference areas, and door handles Complete restroom cleaning: toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors Light breakroom/kitchen cleaning: wiping of counters, sink, appliance exteriors, and tables Full trash collection and rebagging across all rooms Supply restocking in bathrooms and kitchens (if products are provided) Straightening of reception or communal areas to maintain a tidy appearance Best For Homes that require more than a surface-level refresh but don’t need deep scrubbing Weekly or biweekly cleaning clients Offices focused on maintaining hygiene and presentation between deep cleans Turnovers, small events, or preparation for guests Booking Notes You can select the total number of service hours needed when booking The size, layout, and condition of your space will impact how much can be completed within your scheduled time Basic Cleaning does not include detailed edge work, appliance interior cleaning, or buildup removal—see Deep Cleaning for those services Heavily soiled areas may require more time or an upgrade to a deeper clean
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. Clients are required to book services at least 72 hours in advance and no later than 3 hours before the requested service time. This ensures proper scheduling, staffing, and delivery of services. TriStar Services may require a card on file to confirm bookings and secure payment for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This policy applies to all service categories, including residential and commercial maintenance, site services, cleaning, dumpsters, portable toilets, and bundled plans. Client Booking Rules: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. The earliest clients can book a service is 72 hours before the appointment. The latest clients can book a service is 3 hours before the appointment. Payment and Fees: A valid card on file may be required to complete booking once payment functionality is enabled. Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. No-Show Fee: Up to the full cost of the scheduled service if the client is unavailable or access is not provided upon arrival.
